What size are the magnets?

All of our custom photo magnets are 2.5" × 2.5" square. This is a beautiful display size — large enough to showcase the detail in your photo, compact enough to display multiple magnets together on a fridge or locker.

What's in the eco-friendly packaging?

Every order includes: 100% recycled honeycomb paper wrap (protective and plastic-free), biodegradable rice paper washi tape, a seed paper thank-you card (plant it to grow wildflowers!), and a padded mailer made entirely from recycled materials with zero plastic. We put as much care into the packaging as we do into the magnet itself.

How do I upload my photo?

Simply click "Choose Your Photo" on any product page and upload your image directly from your phone or computer. We accept JPG, PNG, and HEIC files. For the best print quality, use a photo that's at least 800×800 pixels. You can also message us through Etsy or Instagram after ordering.

Can I use different photos in one bundle?

Absolutely. Each magnet in a bundle can feature a different photo. This is perfect for bridesmaid gift sets where you want each magnet to show you with that specific person, or for wedding favors with different couple photos.

How long does shipping take?

We process and hand-press orders within 2–3 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–5 business days. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for rush orders (contact us first for large bundles). Local to Greensboro, NC? We also offer free local pickup — just message us!

Do you offer bulk or wedding pricing?

Yes! Our pricing scales with quantity, with the biggest savings at 20-pack ($3.75 each, save 25%) and 50-pack ($3.50 each, save 33%). For orders over 50, contact us for custom pricing. We're also currently accepting wedding favor orders — DM us on Instagram to discuss your date!

Do you offer local pickup in Greensboro, NC?

Yes! We can arrange a local pickup spot in Greensboro with no shipping charge. Just message us after ordering and we'll coordinate a time. It's also a great way to see the packaging in person!

What if I'm not happy with my order?

Your happiness is everything to us. If there's a quality issue or your order arrives damaged, we'll reprint and reship at no charge. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right — we typically reply within a few hours.
